Visit the Cathedral of Seville and the Giralda at your own pace with an interactive audioguide that adds Augmented Reality, maps, videos and 3D recreations to help you better understand each space as you walk through it. During the visit you can explore the central nave, side chapels and the High Altarpiece with immersive visual content, including narration and 3D resources linked to figures such as Christopher Columbus.

The experience continues at the Giralda: climb to the top and enjoy the panoramic views of Seville with an app that connects history, architecture and technology at every stop.

Remember

  • You must bring headphones and your cell phone with battery. You will need to follow the instructions on your voucher to download and use the audioguide APP.
  • Occasionally, for organizational reasons, the Cathedral of Seville closes some areas of its grounds to the public without prior notice.
  • IMPORTANT: The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.
  • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
  • AR (Augmented Reality) Compatibility Notice. AR only works on devices that meet the official requirements of Google (ARCore) or Apple (ARKit).
    • Android: Only phones certified by Google with specific sensors (gyroscope and accelerometer), adequate cameras and a processor with sufficient capacity for AR. Many older or low-end models are not compatible.
    • iOS: Requires iOS 11+ and A9 processor or higher. Models from iPhone 6s or newer iPads.

- It is mandatory to carry a valid ID card or passport as it is required at all entrances to the monument.

- Children must be included in the reservation as a ticket will be required when entering the monument. Sometimes the child ticket type is not available.

The Cathedral of Seville is a religious site, so please dress decently. It is recommended that visitors cover their shoulders and knees and refrain from wearing see-through clothing or plunging necklines. They should also keep their heads uncovered.
