The Alcazar has some steps and the Giralda does not have an accessible route.

It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
The Cathedral of Seville is a religious site, so please dress decently. It is recommended that visitors cover their shoulders and knees and refrain from wearing see-through or plunging necklines. Heads should also be uncovered.
