Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity. If reservations are cancelled with less time or no-show, no refund will be offered.

In the case of monuments that include entrance fees (Alhambra, Royal Chapel and Cathedral), even if cancelled 24 hours before the activity, the tickets will not be refunded.

On the full Alhambra tour it is ESSENTIAL to arrive on time, as the palaces can only be entered at the time specified on the tickets. In case of late arrival a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
